All 33 shows of stage play 「Satomi Hakkenden」has ended safely!! I was feeling the pressure every day of my first attempt at onnagata [note: playing a woman], swordfight, singing and dancing, but with the help of the staff and cast, I managed to make it to the all-last. I’m really grateful.
And to everyone who came to watch, thank you so much.
I’m really delighted about the presents, flowers and letters. I felt strongly that I was being supported by everyone. I’ll continue to work hard to repay everyone’s kindness. Let’s meet again somewhere someday!
